Overview:

 Baihui net source company's water collector is composed of water collector and water separator combination of water flow distribution and collection device. Water separator is a device that divides a path of water into several paths of output through a container, while water collector is a device that outputs multiple paths of water through a container. It manages several branch pipes, including return water branch and water supply branch respectively, most of which are DN350-DN1500, made of carbon steel or stainless steel plate, which requires installation of pressure gauge thermometer. On the one hand, it distributes the flow of water in the main pipe according to the needs to ensure that the flow of branch loops in each region meets the load requirements, and at the same time it collects the flow of branch loops and inputs them into the main pipe of return water to realize circular operation. Its return water reuse, can achieve more energy-saving effect, can meet the needs of heating and refrigeration at the same time, it is widely used in boilers, central air conditioning, industrial circulating cooling water systems, hot water systems.

Design Description:

 1, * large opening diameter should comply with the relevant provisions of GB.

 2, the length of the determination, according to the process design required by the diameter of the pipe, the number and arrangement of the table, select the center distance between adjacent pipes to calculate the total length of the water separator.

 3, special attention should be paid to the selection, for the cylinder diameter D 400mm, in the arrangement of the pipe, as far as possible the largest steam joint from the center of the head out, in order to reduce the cylinder load and facilitate installation and maintenance.

 4. The inlet and outlet of each loop heating pipe should be connected with the water separator and water collector respectively. The inner diameter of the collector and distributor shall not be less than the inner diameter of the main supply and return pipes, and the flow velocity of the large section of the collector and distributor shall not be greater than 0.8m/s. Closable regulating valves shall be provided on each branch loop water supply pipe. Heat metering devices shall be provided for systems with heat metering requirements.
