    Overview:

     The BHQC full-process integrated water processor is a new generation of high-efficiency integrated water treatment equipment developed by the company to address the common problems of scale, corrosion, bacteria and algae growth, water pollution, and excessive heavy metals in industrial and civil water systems. The equipment utilizes a trinity comprehensive filtration and adsorption system of digital radio frequency effect field, active filter layer and mechanical variable diameter barrier layer, so that one equipment has the function of comprehensive optimization treatment of water quality, thereby achieving the effects of scale prevention, sterilization, algae elimination, rust removal and corrosion inhibition, and ultra-clean filtration and purification of water quality. It has many advantages such as electromechanical integration design, large flow rate, pure physical treatment, no need to add chemicals, simple operation, convenient maintenance, service life of more than 20 years, etc. The full-process integrated water treatment device is mainly composed of RF generator, active filter, RF converter, transducer and other parts. RF generator is composed of power supply, MOTO special integrated module imported from America, radiator, etc.


    How it works:

     1. Scale prevention and removal:
         The main reason for scale formation is that the water contains calcium, magnesium and other carbonates, the solubility decreases after heating, Ca2 +, Mg2 + and other cations combine with CO3-and other anions to form CaCO3, MgCO3 molecules, and multiple CaCO3, MgCO3 molecules combine together through intermolecular forces to precipitate and adsorb on the wall of water to form scale. Under actual operation conditions, the scale formed by each water system is a compound scale (a mixture of hardness scale and dirt). The design principle of the full-scale comprehensive water treatment device is to solve the problem of compound scale by controlling hardness scale and dirt. Firstly, impurities which are easy to form scale in water are adsorbed and concentrated by a trinity integrated filter body of an active filter layer, a mechanical variable diameter barrier layer and a radio frequency effect field, and the concentration of the impurities is reduced to achieve the purpose of controlling dirt and most hardness scales. Then through the radio frequency transducer, the electric energy of specific frequency is converted into the internal energy of the treated medium water molecule, the activity of water is greatly improved, and the penetration force and carrying force are enhanced, so as to achieve the purpose of scale removal and scale prevention. The full-process integrated water treatment device can complete scale prevention, descaling, decolorization, control of secondary pollution, adsorption and concentration of impurities in water, and comprehensive optimization of sewage discharge under normal operation of the system.
    2. Sterilization and algae elimination:
        The full-process comprehensive water treatment device is a trinity comprehensive filtration system composed of an active filtration layer, a mechanical variable aperture barrier layer and a radio frequency effect field, which can filter most impurities in water and greatly improve the purity of water, which destroys the environment for the survival and reproduction of bacteria and algae microorganisms. High-frequency electromagnetic waves in high-frequency electromagnetic field, electric field micro-current and electrons in active water molecules all have strong lethality to bacteria and algae microorganisms, rupture their cell walls, and directly destroy the enzyme system on which they live, prevent them from absorbing glucose, stop their metabolism, and achieve the purpose of killing and removing.     3,  anti-corrosion super clean:
        The corrosion of metal vessel wall in water system is electrochemical corrosion of microbattery effect in principle.“” The working principle of the full-scale integrated water treatment device is to weaken the inhibition of microbattery effect. A dynamic negative charge-rich layer is formed on the inner wall of the water pipe according to the principle of muscle attachment effect by using specific frequency conversion to gradually weaken and inhibit electrochemical corrosion. The corrosion product Fe2O3 is transformed into stable Fe3O4, and the effect of rust control is achieved.     Equipment selection:

     1. The type of equipment can be selected according to the actual problems existing in the water system. For example, after three years of normal operation of a chilled circulating water system, serious water quality problems were found: high chroma and turbidity of chilled water, blockage of fan coil and decrease of heat exchange efficiency. The user feels that the cooling capacity is reduced. Then should choose the whole process integrated water processor or choose yellow rust water processor two kinds of equipment.  

     2, the user provides the water quality analysis report of the treated system, items: chromaticity, turbidity, suspended matter content, pollution type, temperature, PH value, dissolved oxygen, Fe, the company provides free design and selection of equipment to achieve the best treatment effect.  

     3. Selection principle:

     1) According to the installation position of the water system pipe diameter to select, such as water system pipe diameter 200mm, can choose the water inlet pipe diameter of 200mm equipment.

     2) The water treatment capacity in the shape parameter table is the treatment flow range. If the treatment capacity is selected, the average value of * large * small treatment capacity should be taken to avoid local resistance increase caused by the difference between the system pipe diameter and the equipment inlet and outlet diameter.

     3) The pressure, temperature and structural form of the equipment shall be selected according to the actual situation of the system, and the pressure and temperature of the treated system shall be **.

     4. Installation form and position:

     1) Main pipe principle: the whole integrated water treatment device should be installed on the water inlet main pipe to filter and adsorb impurities. Control the quality of water.

     2) Independent principle: In principle, each independent system should be installed separately. Such as: refrigeration, cooling circulating water system, should be installed in the return water or water supply main pipeline.

     3) Equipment should be installed at the lowest point of the water system or return pipe (circulation system). The operating pressure of the installed system should be greater than 0.25MPa to meet the needs of sewage.

     4) It should be installed in bypass form for drainage and maintenance.

     

    Installation and use:

         

     1. The distance between the top of the main body of the equipment and the bypass pipe or structure shall be greater than 400mm

     2, the main body of equipment * large outer diameter wall distance should be greater than 400 mm.

     3. The equipment installation form shall be bypass installation to meet the maintenance of equipment and backwash filter body without shutdown. nbsp;

     It is forbidden to open the equipment for a long time in the anhydrous state.

     5. Equipment operation instructions: 

     1) Sewage discharge: When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet reaches 0.02~0.03MPa, backwashing sewage should be carried out. When the water quality is poor or the new system is used for the first time, backwash once every 3 hours. After normal operation, backwashing depends on the water quality.

     2) Backwashing: open the trunk valve, drain valve, close the equipment inlet valve, * and then close the 220V power supply, water flow backwashing filter, can revive the filter. Backwashing time depends on water quality, generally 10~30 seconds.& nbsp;

     3) For seriously polluted systems, gas and water mixed backwashing should be used to revive the filter. When the inlet pressure is less than 0.25MPa, the sewage pump should be set separately to increase the backwashing strength and reduce the amount of sewage.

     4) Working condition after filter regeneration: pressure difference at inlet and outlet is restored to original pressure difference.& nbsp;

     5) Return to working state, first turn on the 220V power supply and close the drain valve; then open the water inlet valve and close the main valve. nbsp;
