Intelligent brush filter is an advanced filter equipment developed by our company after years of research and practice. The equipment adopts the principle of electromechanical integration and self-programmed control, thus realizing a complete set of working processes of automatic filtration, automatic cleaning and automatic sewage discharge.

How it works:

BHQS intelligent self-cleaning brush filter, one end is to make water and other fluids through, one end is to precipitate waste, impurities, usually it is installed in the pressure relief valve, pressure relief valve, water level valve or other equipment inlet end, its role is to remove impurities in the water, to protect the normal operation of the valve and equipment, the filter to be treated water from the inlet into the body, impurities in the water deposited on the stainless steel filter, resulting in pressure difference. The differential pressure switch monitors the differential pressure change of water inlet and outlet. When the differential pressure reaches the set value, the electric controller sends a signal to the hydraulic control valve and drives the motor to trigger the following actions: the motor drives the brush to rotate to clean the filter element, and at the same time, the control valve is opened to discharge pollutants. The whole cleaning process only lasts for dozens of seconds. When the cleaning is finished, the control valve is closed, the motor stops rotating, the system returns to its initial state, and the next filtering process begins.
