Overview:

1, water tank weld, material: the following according to the stamping stainless steel tank technical parameters, water tank accessories material using ordinary carbon steel plate and steel production, LB304NI8.0 welding electrode, its quality should be in line with the current standard "carbon structural steel" and "carbon steel electrode" provisions.

LB304 stainless steel plates on the top, wall and bottom of the tank shall be spliced by butt welding (I-type weld for the top plate, V-type weld for the bottom plate and side wall). Other welds shall be fillet welds. Cross welding is not allowed between the welds, and it shall not overlap with the reinforcing ribs. The welder shall be LB-2-300 stainless steel special welder for water tank, with electric welding and argon welding functions.

2. Full water experiment

After the water tank is manufactured, the water tank is completely filled with water. After 2~3 hours, tap the lead hammer weighing 0.5~1.5 kg along the welding line at about 150 mm on both sides. No leakage is qualified; if leakage is found, it must be re-welded and then tested.

Instructions for use:

1, stainless steel tank as a secondary equipment for storing domestic water, can only be loaded with domestic water (fire water), can not be loaded with hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid or acidic, alkaline liquid content.

2, the water tank in the process of use, do not place other heavy equipment on the top of the water tank, do not use hard objects to knock or draw the water tank layout and pipe fittings, there are problems to inform the manufacturer technical maintenance personnel in advance, maintenance welding personnel, requirements are specialized in argon arc welding personnel, maintenance to drain the water.

3. Maintenance personnel regularly observe the use of main parts and accessories inside and outside the water tank every month, and report any problems to the manufacturer in time.

4, the water tank manhole cover should not be opened at will, to prevent water quality from secondary pollution, water tank cleaning and disinfection 1-2 times a year.
